Unterst\u00fctzungsangebot f\u00fcr erwachsene Menschen mit geistigen und Mehrfachbeeintr\u00e4chtigungen in der eigenen H\u00e4uslichkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die
